Video that brings in listings and buyers

Agents who post steady, useful video become the agent people think of when they're ready to move. These scripts cover the posts that work best: new listings, just sold, open houses, monthly market updates, buyer and seller tips, neighborhood spotlights and client stories. Each starts with the hook, keeps to one idea and ends with one thing to do, such as messaging you.

Fill the brackets with real details: the address, the price, the days on market. A specific number beats a general claim. Check your own state's advertising rules and your brokerage's policy before you post.

How these scripts work

Words in [brackets] are yours to fill in: names, prices, dates, examples. Notes in [[double brackets]] are reminders to yourself, like “slow down” or “smile”: you see them on the prompter, and they are never part of what you read.

Many scripts end with ready answers for the questions you are likely to be asked. On the prompter, press 1 to 9 to show one without losing your place in the script. Every script is free to use, change and share, for personal or commercial use.
